Texture & Storage
Our tallow-based formulas respond to temperature:
For lighter coverage or if the product feels too soft: Store in the refrigerator for a firmer, lighter application.
For a thicker consistency: Store at room temperature.
Shade Selection
If you are between two shades, we recommend choosing the darker shade. Our formula blends beautifully into the skin and adapts naturally.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons, we do not offer refunds on used items.
If your shade is not the right match, we are happy to send you the next shade up. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost for the replacement item.
